JDR Solutions exists to serve banks, independent financial institutions and manufacturers that finance equipment leases. It does so with best-in-class front end and back office portfolio and database management, software, consulting, and web portal development. JDR is dedicated to providing its clients with competitively priced solutions customized to their individual needs.

JDR Solutions provides front end and back office software, portfolio management, database administration and related services to the equipment loan/lease industry. Our customers include banks, manufacturer captives and independent financial institutions.

Our company was founded on November 1, 2001 by John, Doug and Richard. They decided to go into business for themselves when the finance company they previously worked for moved operations. Originally known as IntegraLease LLC, we provided business process outsourcing and professional consulting services to the commercial equipment finance industry from a small office with a staff of eight people.

Shortly after in March 2002, we launched iVirtuaLease, an encrypted web portal that continues to provide JDR clients access to various lease transaction records, invoice statements and management reports. Later that same year IntegraLease entered into a partnership with International Decision Systems to provide customers the InfoLease® back office lease management software package.

October 2003, IntegraLease was renamed JDR Solutions. Continued growth in both the customer base and equipment finance services necessitated off-site data storage, so in November 2004 JDR partnered with Expedient to house client data on secure servers in Expedient data centers, marking the start of the cloud computing platform JDR operates on today.

Fast forward to 2010. As the equipment finance industry evolved with technology, so did JDR. That year JDR expanded its service offerings to include software as a service and custom web portal design and development, for lessors needing an online place for their customers to make lease payments and sales staff to track customer records.

By mid-2011 JDR had outgrown its Haverstick Road headquarters in Indianapolis. In November, JDR packed up and moved to a larger office space a few miles east off Allisonville Road, in the Castle Creek business park. The 3,500-square-foot headquarters was expanded by another 900 square feet in September 2016, allowing additional office and conference room space.

Today, JDR Solutions employs 24 full-time staff and part-time contract workers in Indianapolis and a Toronto, Ontario, field office.

JDR is a member in good standing of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, the trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the U.S. equipment finance sector.
