All of our computer equipment in production has a redundant system at an offsite location. In the event a disaster occurs and the production systems become unavailable, our clients can continue business as usual via our business continuity environment. Annually we perform a test of the DR environment, shutting down access to production and asking clients to access and perform daily functions in the DR environment for a short period of time. With only a few items noted, primarily firewall setting issues, the test was an uneventful success once again this year on December 13th, 2011. Thanks to everyone who participated and thanks to those who waited patiently to resume normal production work during this planned outage.

10th year Anniversary on November 1st !
