Douglas R. Williams

President

          Doug first found his place in equipment finance as a director of customer finance for NewCourt Finance. When that company was bought out, Doug began his own company with John and Richard: JDR Solutions. Today, Doug handles daily staff assignments and client relationships. He hopes to one day provide long-term employment to over 300 people in the Indianapolis area. For fun, he used to be a private pilot of a small airplane. When his eyesight worsened, he took up boating and is now captain to a fleet of his own boats. 

 

Douglas R. Williams

Doug is a family man and allows that ideology to spread into JDR. He began his journey by studying agricultural business and music at Vincennes University. From there, he began working as a director of application security for an online trading platform. Eventually, he transitioned to a career as an IT specialist in the health care industry. Doug found his place in the equipment finance world in 1995 as a director of customer finance for NewCourt Finance. When NewCourt was bought out, Doug began his own company with John and Richard: JDR Solutions.

John r. Schaffner

Vice President & Chairman of the Board

     John first began his journey with senior management as VP of Operations Integration at NewCourt, where he gained talent with mergers, acquisitions, and servicing portfolios. John also gained talented friends and eventually began JDR Solutions with Doug and Richard. Today, John is in a semi-retired position handling receivables and payables for the company. Occasionally, he is pulled into ongoing client discussions to help resolve issues with clients who are usually also his friends. John’s job at JDR Solutions helped support his five children and eight grandchildren—number nine expected April 1st, 2022!

 

John r. Schaffner

Vice President & Chairman of the Board

John has extensive experience with senior management, with three decades in the leasing and finance industry. John earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University. He first became involved in portfolio administration duties at a credit bureau. After that experience, he was hired as vice president of operations integration at NewCourt. He gained talent with mergers, acquisitions, and servicing portfolios. When NewCourt was bought out, John began his own company with Doug and Richard: JDR Solutions

Benny Federico, DM

Vice President, Business Integration

Benny is well educated, beginning with a master’s degree in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and finishing with a doctoral degree in management from University of Phoenix. Benny spent most of his career as the director of engineering for a commercial vehicle retailer. He led results-based initiatives that accelerated quality, productivity, and delivery. He was hired to JDR Solutions in 2019 and has been a smiling face ever since!

William A. Johnson

Investment Partner

Bill is retired, but his experience continues to grace JDR. His combined 50 years in tax management and accounting means that he’s seen everything. He began with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Davenport College. Then, in the 1960’s, he helped develop the first computer applications for a wholesale lumber business.

Jennifer Schultz

Portfolio Operations Director

Jennifer has been with JDR Solutions since we began. Originally from NewCourt, she used to travel around the United States to conduct industry software training for various offices. As a trainer, she wore many hats and juggled many responsibilities. The all-encompassing nature of her duties made her perfect for portfolio management at JDR, and today her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her clients.

Jesse Johnson

VP of Sales and Marketing

Jesse is among our most connected staff, serving on committees and on the board of directors for well-known equipment finance associations like NEFA and ELFA. He received his degree in business administration and marketing from West Virginia University. Since entering the work field, he’s gained over 17 years and running of sales and marketing experience. Now he is responsible for new market growth and awareness for JDR. He works remote, living in Arizona with his wife and two children.

Lisa Dulinski

Sr. Business Analyst

Lisa’s experience with computers goes back about 40 years, 30 of those years in the leasing industry. She’s spent those years wisely, specializing in Rapport, process improvement, and XSL documents. She is also a seasoned SQL service administrator and is well-versed in InfoLease software. While her talents are learned, her devotion is natural. She fights hard for her clients, adopting a “find a way or make one” attitude.

Linda Carlen

Office Manager, HR Director

Linda is a loyal Hoosier, graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. She began her experience with 20 years as the director and manager of a nonprofit for women, The Indianapolis Propylaeum. Afterward, she accepted a position as an office manager for a business products dealer. Today, she is an organizer for clients and coworkers alike. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, and photography.

Aaron Bostian

Senior Database Administration

Aaron has been with JDR Solutions since we started. Before that, his job at NewCourt introduced him to John, Doug, and Richard. His previous responsibilities included accounts receivable, business analysis, portfolio administration, and programming. Today, Aaron handles the daily InfoLease client support and assures that our client’s information is always secure.
